This one is really good too (see Andre the Giant comments) but again, a little more selective use of white is in order. This one is the strongest with regards to this technique. On the darker side of the face you seem to have some white mixed right in with your dark shading. You should avoid putting the blacks and whites against one another and make sure that you let the undertone BG be a transition from black to white.
